Excellent service department. My daughter had recently moved to the greater Boston area and had not yet had time to look for a trustworthy Honda service center. She recently had warning light show up on her dash or her CRV. I spoke with Sergay in the Commonwealth Honda service department, he was very helpful and polite and was able to answer all my questions. He told me the blinking D on the dash was most likely a tranny sensor that needed to be replaced and he gave me a estimate. He was able to schedule an appointment that same day. When my daughter dropped the CRV off she said they were all very nice. And their shuttle was able to bring her to her job. Later that day Sergay called to confirm the problem was the sensor and that the cost would be exactly as he said. We dropped the CRV off at 9 and it was all fixed by 1pm. I do not know anything about the Commonwealtn sales dept, but I highly recommend their service dept. How refreshing it is to find auto service with a smile and not feel like they are trying to push parts or un-needed repairs on you. I will report back here on our next service at Comonwealth....hopefully that's later then sooner 🙂

The inventory at Commonwealth was excellent. They had the car and color I wanted on the lot, which I then could drive and then buy. No waiting!! Ben Katz was great to work with. One of the tires on my recently purchased CRV had a leak because it had picked up nail. The Commonwealth Honda Service department fixed the tire right away and at no charge. They took care of my problem quickly and efficiently.
Always courteous. Always inform me before doing any work not requested at time of drop off. Never pressure me to do repairs that are minor and could wait until my next visit (especially if my current necessary work is on the more expensive side). I like and use the quiet room. I pass by 2 other Honda dealers on my way to Commonwealth!
